Silvateam USA operates from our offices in beautiful Ontario, California just 20 miles east of Los Angeles and 45 minutes west of sunny Palm Springs. A wide array of services and sales support are provided that essentially are the backbone of our US operations in Southern California. From this facility we service our North American customers and partners in the United States and Canada while always paying close attention to the “personal customer service experience”. We are manufactures who service the human nutrition and feed industries, such as pectin, Tara gum, functional blends, tannic acid, propyl gallate, while providing technical information and support for all other industries in our portfolio. All our manufacturing plants and facilities are tested to ensure the highest caliber products and extracts are produced. By doing this, we make sure we are passing along the high level of quality and attention to detail, to the end users. FDA, Kosher, Halal, HACCP and UNI EN ISO 9001 are only some of the certifications we provide. Our organization is committed to supply all the information our customers and partners require plus ensuring they receive all the analytical, technical and product data for their particular application and needs.
Sales support is the key to being a good supplier and we understand that. That is why our US team regularly performs visits throughout North America to educate, inform and introduce Silvateam to our customers and partners, while providing local and domestic contact every step of the way. We feel that transparency is very important: from customer’s visiting our plants and offices, to meeting our customers and distributors in person and in the field, to answering questions and providing tech support. Silvateam will do all we can to ensure you are well informed of our raw materials and products.
