Functional blends for fruit based products

In this category are included fruit preparations, ready to eat jellies and dairy based fruit beverages. Aglumix® blends bind the water to increase the viscosity and to stabilise the structure of the final products.

In the tables below the main stabiliser systems are represented, available in the Silvateam range for use in fruit based products, like Aglumix®SD for fruit based drinks and milk and juice based drinks, Aglumix®J for fruit preparations and Aglumix®G for fruit jellies.
